- Mobility -

1) Distal 3rd triceps mash w/ racked BB x 2-3min ea side

2a) Low thoracic mash w/ lacrosse ball between scap & spine mash x 2-3min ea side

2b) Same mash as 2a, but add load to chest and focus on breathing

3) High T Spine mash w/ peanut and load on chest x 3-4min total
